Senior Account Manager
HealthTalker creates innovative word-of-mouth (WOM) marketing solutions for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Our programs include a blend of online components and offline materials, with a heavy focus on websites. As Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple accounts, ensuring that our programs are flawlessly executed, our members are highly engaged and that the needs and expectations of our clients are not only met, but exceeded.
This is a client-facing role with high visibility – client experience in the industry is required. We are seeking someone with strong communication and multi-tasking skills and impeccable attention to detail. In this role you will wear many hats and will work in conjunction with our design, development and analytics teams. Over time, and as you grow into the role, your client accounts will expand and you will gain the aid of a Junior Account Executive.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the day-to-day operations of assigned accounts
- Foster strong relationships and build confidence with clients, co-workers and partners
- Become the internal subject matter expert for each account managed
- Identify opportunities for collaboration, integration and program expansion
- Define strategies, goals and deliverables in line with marketing objectives
- Plan, organize and lead program implementations and enhancements
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules and keep team on task to meet deadlines
- Serve as main point of contact for and liaison between the client and internal team
- Organize and lead meetings as necessary
- Provide final approval to internal team on all materials prior to client delivery
- Ensure account and project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Effectively apply our methodology, enforce standards and help develop best practices

Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant agency experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- BA or BS from a 4-year institution
- Proven track record interfacing with clients
- Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
Compensation and Our Work Environment
Compensation will be competitive, and commensurate with your skills and experience. HealthTalker monitors the spread and impact of consumer conversations via a custom, proprietary software platform that captures metrics across multiple channels. This unique and flexible application also allows HealthTalker to accommodate the specific needs and requirements of the industry.
