Andy Levitt purchased the HealthTalker URL for $35 from Register.com, and decided at that moment to pursue his entrepreneurial endeavors.
July 11, 2007
Five months into the journey, HealthTalker gets verbal approval for its first word of mouth program for a major pharmaceutical client.
September 7, 2007
First press coverage of HealthTalker appears in the Boston Business Journal.
April 1, 2008
First official employee is hired to help establish the company's technological infrastructure. And no, this is not an April Fools joke.
May 19, 2008
HealthTalker secures an angel investment to help grow and maximize its operations.

HealthTalker secures its 2nd client for another WOM program.

After months of starts and stops, we finally launched the first HealthTalker program in-market. We pushed out the first permission-based email to potential participants at 11:11 on the 11th of November. Superstitious, anyone?

Jill Shapiro joins HealthTalker and heads up program management, now that we have quite a bit to manage. Before long, she is surrounded by white boards covered with to-do lists and deadlines, but somehow manages to take it all in stride.
